MY STORY

I spent years as a fitness instructor at the top of my game— the one who looked like she had it together. Teaching at the fancy studios. Booking major deals. Working with celebrities. Getting featured in magazines.

And behind the scenes? I was suffering my way through every day. Overworking to prove I was worth it. Spiraling after every critique. Performing "fine" while my body was screaming.

I did the therapy. Did the journaling. Did the meditation that made me feel worse. I understood my patterns intellectually — and I still couldn't stop breaking them.

Then I found somatic work. And something shifted down to my bones.

Not because I finally "figured it out." But because I stopped trying to think my way through a problem that needed to be felt.

WHAT I LEARNED

Your body learned how to protect you long before you had words for it.

It built patterns — brilliant ones — to keep you safe in a world that didn't always feel safe. And those patterns are still running. Even now, when the danger is gone.

I've been doing this work for over a decade. Not just studying it — living, breathing, and facilitating it.

I've led retreats in Guatemala, Costa Rica, and the Greek Islands. I've studied the lineage of Andean Shamanism and certified in Spinal Energetics. I've worked with executives, artists, celebrities, founders, and humans who are really good at looking like they have it together.

I've been featured in Well+Good, Women's Health, PopSugar, and a bunch of places that sound impressive but don't actually tell you if I can help you.

I don't believe in being your guru and I'm not interested in giving you woo-woo theater.

I work with ambitious humans who've already done the work — and are ready to stop thinking their way through a problem that requires more.

We use breath, sound, and movement to give your nervous system what it's actually been asking for. Not more information or tools (unless you ask for them). Just the unfiltered conditions for your body to lighten the burden of pretending to be perfect.
