🤫 Set up in a private space where you will not be distracted.
👚 Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely.
📱 Turn your phone on silent or ‘do not disturb’.
🛜 Check your Wifi connection to ensure a clear connection.
🔈 Turn on your volume and hook up to your favorite Bluetooth speaker.
🛏️ Lie on a comfortable surface such as a massage table, bed or yoga mat.
😌 Have pillows, blankets, bolsters etc. nearby for support during the session.
🎥 Place your camera in a spot to frame your whole body while lying down.
💡 The space needs to be lit well to see your body clearly on screen.
