Spinal Energetics focuses on cultivating self-awareness and claiming ownership of one's energy to walk a path of authenticity to the uniqueness of each individual.

  • The nervous system sends signals throughout the body. The spine is the foundation of the body that holds the nervous system. This is how we respond to stress and fulfill various bodily functions without conscious thoughts. The sessions involve gentle touch/no touch movement and awareness training to create a healing environment for the body to unwind. This will reduce symptoms, help process trauma, and improve overall health.

  • During treatment, each person responds in a different way. Some people move more than others, while some don't move at all. How much a person moves or feels during a session does not show how much the session has helped them.

  • Meditation, breathwork, yoga, and group sessions help to increase sensations. Those who are new energy work may feel less than those who practice more often. Remember, that

  • Common experiences during a session include, but are not limited to:

    - Sensations - Feeling heat, cold, tingling, energy currents

    - Body movements – Twitching, stretch, yoga poses, serpent like flows, etc.

    - Emotional releases – Unprocessed emotions may arise. It is not uncommon to laugh, cry etc.

    - Visualizations - This ranges and is different for every member.

  • Yes. Some members are able to connect with the work quicker online because they feel safe in their own home. This makes it easier for them to relax into the session.

  • Members will feel relaxed after one session. Years of stress are not resolved in one visit. The pace of member progress is unique and happens over time. We have memberships to ensure you get lasting results.

  • We do not offer sessions to those in their first or final trimester. New mothers really benefit from this work. Visit us after the big day!

  • If you have any of the below please contact us before booking:

    - Under 12 years old

    - Pregnant

    - Heart conditions

    - Epilepsy

    - Recent physical injuries, fractures and/or surgeries.

    - History of aneurisms

    - Hospitalization for any psychiatric condition, emotional crisis, spiritual emergence within the past three years.

    - Severe mental health conditions.

    - Currently taking heavy medications.

  • First visit: 60 minutes

    Follow-up: 30 minutes

    Group or semi-private: 45 minutes

  • For most people the integration period is up to three days post session. It is not uncommon to notice some subtle shifts in the days after a session. You may feel some emotions coming to surface, change in energy levels, regions of ease or mild discomfort.

    To help the process, you can:

    • Take it easy after a session.

    • Go for a light walk.

    • Do some gentle stretching/movement.

    • Ground yourself in nature barefoot.

    • Take a shower or bath.

    • Nourish the body with grounding foods.

    • Stay hydrated.

  • After a session, it is normal to need time for old emotions that the body now feels safe to process can come to surface. This can take up to 72 hours. We recommend doing sessions 2-4 times per month for full support & substantial results.
